Which payment methods are accepted?
Petrosoft accepts the following payment methods:
Cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club payments from customers worldwide.
Apple Pay. Petrosoft supports Apple Pay in all countries where Apple Pay is accepted. There are no additional fees to process Apple Pay payments.
Google pay. Native browser checkout, where Google Pay is available on supported device.
Does Petrosoft charge US Sales Tax?
Petrosoft collects US Sales Tax for sales in Pennsylvania state in accordance with the state tax legislation.
Subscriptions & Licenses
Do subscriptions renew themselves automatically?
Yes. In case you don't want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time, even directly after you buy it. A subcription will continue until you cancel it.
How do I manage or cancel my Subscription?
Visit your subscription details page, where you can update your payment method or cancel a subscription at any time. Your canceled subscription will remain active until the paid period expires.
